MicroNfix Project
Technical Report (2006)

Dear MicroNfix observers,

The MicroNfix project ended officially in September 2006, and you will now find on the MicroNfix website http://www.micro-n-fix.org a summary of the final technical report. The full report will be made available at a later date, once all scientific publications and any necessary IP protection measures are taken.

Most of the MicroNfix partners will continue the research in a new FP6 project, RHIBAC, which will start in January 2006. This will involved additional partners from Chile, Brazil, Turkey and Belgium and take the results of MicroNfix forward, with new studies on mechanisms of plant growth promotion of rhizobacteria, and extended field trials. We would like to keep you informed of further developments in that project through the observer group, and will announce when we have the new project website ready.
